 Subject: Fujitsu - help needed
Message:
I have downloaded the free Fujitsu COBOL compiler from web and installed on my PC.
My non-database programs are working fine but I am unable to connect to SQL-server database. I have tried to follow the instructions given in the 'Fujitsu cobol user guide' but while trying to compile the program I am getting the following error.
'F38BHOPAS.DLL is not found. RC=126'
Other non database programs are executing fine.
Please advise.
I suspect this to some be problem with the istallation of the compiler but not sure.
I will send further information, if needed.
PLEASE ADVISE THIS IS CRITICAL

Most standard Cobol compilers will handle native Cobol file formats - sequential, relative, and indexed. You'd need something extra to handle SQL database files. This might be available thru Fujitsu or a 3rd party supplier.
