 Subject: MFCOBOL and postgresql
Message:
I am trying to insert data into postgresql from MFCOBOL program. I am able to connect to database successfully. Also select statements work succesfully. But INSERT statements gives error-code -00000001 with a message in sqlerrmc as "connection is read only, select statements only allowed".
But with same user name and password I used in COBOL program, I am able to insert data from postgresql prompt without any problem. Can some one help?

Solved it...
ODBC.ini was added with new line "ReadOnly = No"
This did the trick..
